Physical Performance Coaching

1:1 Bespoke training with a coach

Our one-on-one coaching is tailored to your personal goals, offering a personalised plan integrating strength training, yoga, meditation, and specialised sports coaching. Our experienced physical coaches work closely with you to foster personal growth and help you reach your full potential.

How it works

  • For each of these sessions, your coach will develop personalised workout plans to meet your goals and fitness level.
  • The first time you book, the coach will arrange an induction call to begin personalising your programme.
  • As you progress, your coach will continue to adjust your workout plans to keep building towards your goals.
  • In addition to strength and conditioning coaching, you will have access to recovery programmes that include yoga and sports massage.
  • In-person Coaching will take place in semi-private facilities with specialised equipment at Harrow on the Hill.
  • Remote Coaching will take place via Zoom – programmes will be adapted for the equipment you have access to.

In-person coaching

A 60 minute 1:1 coaching session, delivered in person at semi-private gym facilities at Harrow on the Hill.

Remote coaching

A 60 minute 1:1 coaching session, delivered via Zoom. You will need to arrange your training location and equipment.

Performance check-in

A 15 minute call with your coach to set goals, review progress and refine your training programme.

Programming only

A personal programme for your workouts

We offer personalised training programmes, built just for you, but without the need for a coach to attend your workouts.  When you do want motivating support or expert guidance, our Bespoke Programming membership package also includes regular personal contact with your coach.

How it works

  • There are 2 options to choose from: Bespoke Programming, or Fixed Programming.
  • Bespoke Programming is a personalised training programme, developed for you by our coaches, to help you achieve specific goals.
  • You Bespoke Programme will start with an induction call with your coach, and is delivered 7 days after the call.
  • As part of the Bespoke Programme, you will be able to book two 20-minute calls with your coach each month. 
  • (coming soon…) Fixed Programming is based on training we deliver to professional athletes, but it is not personalised. 
  • These programmes are each based on a rolling monthly subscription, which you can start and stop at any time.

Group Training

Weekly classes in Harrow-on-the-Hill

Experience our dynamic fitness classes at Harrow on the Hill and push your boundaries. Using advanced techniques designed for top athletes, our classes focus on achieving fitness goals in a high-energy, supportive setting. Open to all levels, come join us and strive for excellence together.

How it works

  • Every week we run Group Training classes at Harrow on the Hill, for a variety of training objectives.
  • Our Weight Room classes follow plyometric training techniques, including explosive body weight resistance exercises to build strength.
  • Monday evenings are reserved for female-only Weight Room training, focusing on technique and weight room confidence.
  • Our Engine Room classes are Zone 4+ heart rate sessions to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
  • Coaches will vary the programmes from week to week to keep sessions interesting and challenging.

Our remote coaching sessions offer a customised approach to boost your health and wellbeing. We focus on food, sleep, activity, work-life balance, stress management, and more. Develop practical strategies that work for you, designed around your unique lifestyle, to enhance your long-term health and vitality. Join us to explore your full potential.

How it works

  • If you are booking for the first time, schedule a full 60-minute session.
  • When you book for the first time, you will receive a short induction questionnaire that needs to be completed before the session.
  • After your initial 60-minute session, please select the time slots that suit your schedule, or as agreed with your coach.
  • All sessions are delivered by a qualified health and wellbeing coach – your coach will stay the same from session to session.
  • Sessions are delivered remotely by video call – your booking confirmation will include a link for the call.
