- Monday evenings are reserved for female-only Weight Room training, focusing on technique and weight room confidence.
- Our Engine Room classes are Zone 4+ heart rate sessions to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
- Coaches will vary the programmes from week to week to keep sessions interesting and challenging.
